Welcome to 24Board! This Privacy Policy explains how 24Board (“we,”
“us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and protects your information when you
use our iOS mobile application (the “App”). By using 24Board, you
agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this
policy.
2. Information we collect
To provide you with the best spatial AR and social experience, we may
ask you to provide certain permissions and information:

Camera and Photo Library: We require camera and
photo library access so you can take photos, record videos, create
augmented reality boards, and use background images.

Microphone access: Required for recording audio
reactions, voice notes, and videos.

Location data (GPS): We collect your precise
location to enable geo-anchored AR boards so you can place virtual
boards at real-world locations and other users can discover them.

User-generated content: Includes text, drawings,
stickers, and media you upload or create in the App.

Account information: Such as your email address,
display name, and sign-in identifiers when you create or use an
account.
3. How we use your information
We use the collected data for the following purposes:

To provide and maintain core App functionality (including AR spatial
tracking and 2D mood boards).

To enable social interactions (such as reactions and sharing boards
with friends).

To fetch and display third-party media and link previews used within
the App.

4. Ephemeral content and data retention
24Board is designed around living in the moment. Main boards are
ephemeral and actively shown for 24 hours; afterward they move to your
private archive. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
5. Third-party services
The App may use third-party services and APIs to enhance
functionality, including Apple Sign In, Google Sign In, Firebase,
Apple ARKit, Apple CoreLocation, and media or link preview APIs used
by the App. Those services have their own privacy policies describing
how they use information.
6. Security
We value your trust and strive to protect your personal information
using commercially reasonable safeguards. However, no method of
transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure.
7. Changes to this Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify
you of changes by updating the effective date at the top of this text.
8. Unacceptable content
24Board applies a strict approach to unacceptable user-generated
content and conduct, consistent with our Terms of Service. Illegal,
abusive, deceptive, or otherwise harmful materials are not tolerated.
We may remove content, restrict or terminate accounts, and cooperate
with law enforcement or regulators where required by applicable law.

Welcome to 24Board. By using our App, you agree to these Terms of
Service. Please read them carefully.
1. Acceptance of terms
By using 24Board, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you disagree
with any part, you must not use the App.
2. Zero tolerance for unacceptable content
We maintain zero tolerance toward unacceptable content and conduct.
You must not post, publish, transmit, or otherwise make available
through the App any materials or activity that: violate applicable law
or third-party rights; involve threats, harassment, hate speech,
violence, extremism, or discrimination; include obscene content,
exploitation of minors, pornography, or graphic cruelty toward people
or animals; distribute malware, spam, deliberately misleading
information, or personal data without consent. Where permitted by law,
we may remove content, suspend or terminate access to the App, and
report violations to competent authorities.
3. Moderation and reports
Before boards and reactions are published, content is automatically
checked for safety.

You can report a board or reaction and block a user from their
profile or the content menu.

Reports are reviewed within 24 hours. Content that violates these
Terms may be removed.

The reported user’s access may be restricted or terminated if a
violation is confirmed.

By submitting a report, you confirm that it is made in good faith
and relates to a genuine concern.
4. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use 24Board, or the minimum age
required in your country if that age is higher. If you are under 18,
you confirm that you have permission from a parent or legal guardian.
You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the App complies
with applicable laws where you live.
5. Accounts and security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your
account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your
account. Provide accurate registration information and keep it up to
date. Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been
compromised. We may suspend or terminate accounts that provide false
information or violate these Terms.
6. User-generated content
You retain ownership of content you create in 24Board. By posting,
publishing, or otherwise making content available through the App, you
grant 24Board a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to
host, store, reproduce, display, and distribute that content solely to
operate, improve, and promote the App and its features (including
social sharing, AR placement, archives, and moderation). You represent
that you have all rights necessary to share your content and that it
does not infringe third-party rights.
7. Ephemeral boards and archives
Main boards are designed to be ephemeral: after publication they are
actively shown for 24 hours, then moved to your private archive.
Archived content remains accessible to you according to App
functionality, but public visibility ends when the active period
expires unless otherwise stated in the App. Do not rely on the App as
your only backup for important content.
8. AR, location, and safety
Geo-anchored and AR features may require location, camera, and motion
permissions. Use AR and location features safely and lawfully: do not
operate the App while driving or in situations where distraction could
cause harm; respect private property and local rules; do not place
content where it could endanger others. You are solely responsible for
your physical surroundings when using AR features.
9. Third-party services and links
The App may integrate third-party services (including Apple Sign In,
Google Sign In, Firebase, ARKit, CoreLocation, music and media APIs,
and link previews). Your use of those services may be subject to their
own terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party
content, availability, or practices.
10. Termination and account deletion
You may stop using the App at any time and may delete your account
through in-app settings where available. We may suspend or terminate
access if you violate these Terms, if required by law, or to protect
users and the service. Upon termination, your right to use the App
ends, but provisions that by their nature should survive (including
content licenses for already-published material, disclaimers, and
limitations of liability) will remain in effect.
11. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of
any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. 24Board does not
guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure operation. To the
maximum extent permitted by law, 24Board and its operators will not be
liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive
damages, or for loss of data, profits, or goodwill arising from your
use of the App.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be
reflected by updating the “Last updated” date at the top of this
document. Continued use of the App after changes become effective
constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
